Twelve service lines, split into two halves of the same business.

On the watch side: CCTV cameras and recorders, access control, gate and garage motors, boom gates, alarm systems, and the networks that all of it runs on. On the power side: solar power systems, solar streetlights, solar geysers, borehole solar pumps, air conditioning, and electrical installations signed off with a Certificate of Compliance where the work calls for one.

Why both halves

Because a property does not experience them separately. The cameras go down when the power does. The gate motor is fed from the same board as the geyser. The camera cable, the network cable and the run to the gate all follow the same route through the same wall.

Splitting that across four contractors means four site visits, four quotes, four sets of holes in your walls, and an argument about whose fault it is when something stops working. Doing it with one team means one survey, one price and one number to call afterwards.

Who we work for

Houses, complexes and estates, offices, shops, yards, farms and smallholdings — residential and commercial both. Plenty of our work is also repairing and extending systems that somebody else installed, so you do not need to be starting from nothing to call us.

Where we work
